Founder direction
The calls only you can make — where the brand goes next, what to say no to, and what you’re avoiding because it’s uncomfortable rather than because it’s wrong.
One-to-one business consulting
I'm Priyanshu. I run Invoqo and NRI Tools, and I take a small number of founders one-to-one — direction, pricing, promotion (online and offline), and the systems that let a brand run without you personally holding every piece together. Straight answers, your numbers, no retainer required.
Runs an agency and a shipped product, not just a Notion page of frameworks. @priyanshu.scale on Instagram
Intro video
Two minutes on the four pillars, who I'm useful to, and who I'm not. For a practice built on one person's judgement, watching someone talk is worth more than another paragraph.
The calls only you can make — where the brand goes next, what to say no to, and what you’re avoiding because it’s uncomfortable rather than because it’s wrong.
What you charge, what it’s actually worth, and whether the margin survives contact with reality once discounting is included.
Not just the ad account. Distribution, retail, word of mouth, and the offline channels a purely digital read on the business tends to miss entirely.
KRAs, KPIs and SOPs written down properly, so the business runs on a system rather than on you remembering everything and being in every room.
If a session turns up work that needs doing rather than deciding — running the media, building the creative, wiring the tracking — that hands off to Invoqo. It’s scoped and quoted separately, on a free call, never folded into the hourly rate here.
For brand owners
Every decision routes through you — pricing, what to launch next, who to hire, which channel to trust. That worked at the size you started. Past a certain point it stops being founder-led and starts being founder-blocked. We work out what actually needs to be a system rather than a decision you make from memory every time.
For marketers & freelancers
Most people who plateau in this career do not have a skills problem. They have a positioning and pricing problem — they charge for hours, present tactics instead of outcomes, and lose the client conversation before it starts.

If the problem is your product, your pricing or your margin, no amount of marketing fixes it. Saying so early is worth more than a retainer.
We work from what actually landed in your bank account. Platform-reported revenue is a starting point, not the truth.
You get a written summary you can act on, not forty slides you will not reread.
I take few enough brands that I can hold the detail of each one in my head.
Access to your ad accounts and analytics, twelve months of sales data if you have it, and an honest number for what a customer is worth. If you do not have that last one, that is often the first thing we work on.
Yes. The agency executes — it runs your media, makes your creative, builds your brand. This is me, one-to-one, helping you decide what to do. Plenty of people take a session and never become agency clients, which is a perfectly good outcome.
Sometimes, but honestly: if you are pre-revenue or spending very little, a paid session is rarely the best use of your money. Email me anyway and I will tell you straight whether it is worth it.
Tell me and I will refund it. That has been the policy from the start and it has not been abused yet.
Three published tiers, starting at the Power Hour above — see the full breakdown on the consulting page. That’s separate from Invoqo’s agency work, which is scoped and quoted free on a call rather than priced as a flat rate, because the work varies too much between brands to quote sight unseen.
